As a Customer Service/Administration/Marketing Assistant, you will help our company deal with enquiries, look after customers and generate leads for all areas of our business and develop new business opportunities via an array of digital channels. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented individual who can do more than just stick to the basics. This is a fast-paced position with huge potential for growth!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service on the telephone and in person.
Answer telephone calls and respond to email inquiries.
Handle customer disputes about products or services.
Perform administrative duties related to the job, such as ordering supplies and keeping records.
Manage all the digital marketing channels for an organisation.
Highlight the benefits of products to customers.
Manage online advertising and online marketing campaigns.
Build social media management content and strategy.
Manage email marketing campaigns using list segmentation and behavioural data.
Manatee online communities and set up services such as helpdesks, forums and chatrooms.

Salary depends on experience, individually negotiated.
Pay starting from £24382-27633 PA opportunity to develop personal skills and pay rise along with experience. Commission and bonusses avialiable.
Working hours 7.30-17.30 including 1h breaks. Rotating Saturdays 7-12 paid as overtime.
