Job description
Who We Are
Compliance Specifics specialises in energy efficiency building assessments and energy saving upgrades. We work alongside our sister company with construction companies, social housing providers, landlords and local authorities to lower carbon emissions, reduce energy costs and help people improve the comfort of their homes. We get to help people improve their homes on the daily, so it’s a win-win!
Compliance Specifics are trying to shake up the “corporate working” environment, with a 100% remote working role, and a diverse team who are fun, friendly and ambitious. Your ideas and contributions are both welcomed and encouraged, and they will drive Compliance Specific’s long-term success. We’re looking for people willing to invest into the role and the team, so we can invest back into you!
We believe that continuous improvement means continuous learning, which we love to support and fund through different opportunities and courses, tailored to you. As your experience grows, you’ll take on more responsibility within your team, if this meets your personal/career goals.

Naturally, as we work remotely, we need you to have computer literacy and reliable broadband. We’ll sort the rest (e.g.: computer hardware/software)!
We know applying for jobs can be scary, but as long as you are a positive person with a drive to succeed, we’ll teach you the rest!
