Firstly the basics you need to know: This is a Salaried Internal Sales role for our Packaging division, which means the pay range you see advertised is exactly what you will earn, and not an OTE. We pay based on the effort we know our great people put in and not for them to chase fluctuating commissions in circumstances that may be outside the control of even the most dedicated sales professional.Our growth backed by our established brands and long term customer contracts, is all set for to continue as a long term trend, and not a short term bounce. That doesn't mean however, that we are going to sit back on current success - we need to make sure we are more in tune than ever with with our long term contacts and those loyal existing customers.Who are we? Actually, this is a critical one within the UK team and you will be involved at the highest level to ensure we meet our objectives. That means a real opportunity to make your own mark and you will be fully empowered to make decisions. Additional sales /product training will be given, and although this is envisaged as a hybrid post (minimum 3 days/week in our Ford office please) there is the chance to turn this, as you develop, into a Field based role, if that is the career direction you'd like to go in.What are you involved with in the role?
