Job Title: Customer Sales Associate
Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy Customer Sales Associate to join our vape store in the UK. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting our diverse range of vaping products, and assisting customers in finding the best solutions for their vaping needs.

Reports to : Retail Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence:
· Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
· Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to understand their vaping preferences and needs.
· Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to customers, recommending suitable vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring their satisfaction.
2. Sales and Product Promotion:
· Proactively approach customers to introduce them to new vaping products and promotions.
· Encourage customers to try new e-liquid flavours and demonstrate the use of vaping devices.
· Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities while understanding and respecting customers' preferences.
· Develop long lasting relationships with regular customers providing a tailored service.
· Be a brand ambassador and get involved with our fun marketing campaigns throughout the year .
3. Product Knowledge:
· Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the vaping industry.
· Educate yourself on the features and benefits of our products to effectively communicate with customers.
· Continuously learn about new vape devices, accessories, and e-liquid flavours to provide accurate information to customers.
4. Store Maintenance:
· Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
· Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed, assisting in managing stock rotation and expiry dates.
· Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing and attractive display of products.
5. Compliance and Safety:
· Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to the sale of vaping products, including age verification procedures.
· Promote and maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
What we’re looking for:
· Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or retail sales, knowledge of the vape industry is preferable.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
· Be willing to learn about vaping products, devices, and e-liquids, as well as a desire to continually learn about new products and the industry.
· Basic understanding of sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
· Staying up to date on market trends.
· Familiarity with compliance regulations related to vaping products in the UK is a plus.
· Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
Working Conditions:
This position may require a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, to accommodate peak business hours.
