Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in basic retail math calculations, including discounts, percentages, and sales tax
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
