Salary - £24,000 + Bonus
Location – Hinckley
Monday to Friday - 1 in 4 Saturdays
The Role:
- Answering calls and emails from customers
- Up-selling and closing sales
- Hitting targets and KPI's
- Answering general customer enquiries
- Working on internal systems
- Liaising with internal teams
- Helping out in the showroom when needed
You will be joining a market leading company, joining their specialist Customer Service Team offering a first-class service to customers. You will be working on phone, email and internal systems.
