We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing customer service and support, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also have an understanding of customer service best practices and be able to provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Update customer information in the customer service database.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 9am-5:30pm (No weekends)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,843.00-£24,082.00 per year
