NWF Agriculture started life in 1871 as a farmer-owned trading company and now forms part of the AIM market quoted NWF Group plc.
Covering the major dairy farming areas from Central Scotland all the way down the UK to Cornwall, our main business is the manufacture and supply of ruminant compound feeds and blends.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
1. Account management of assigned reps and their customers’ accounts
2. Responsible for co-ordinating a fully proactive order pre-emption service.
3. Aim to achieve a minimum 3-day delivery window on sales orders.
4. Ensure sales orders are correctly received and entered onto AX.
5. Strive to ensure production needs are spread evenly and as required each week and month to aid production and logistics departments.
6. Assist the transport department with routing by calling customers and reps to ask for optional days
7. Ensure efficient and effective telephone and email communications are provided.
8. Enter and continually update accurate and relevant customer information.
9. To ensure administration procedures are followed accurately and within specified time scales.
10. Log customer comments/complaints in a professional and positive manner ensuring the correct personnel are informed.
11. Administer contracts through PSA’s on AX for reps.
12. Ensure that organic back-to-back orders are correctly administered onto AX
13. Administer purchase orders accurately onto AX for purchases that we buy e.g. stationary, kitchen supplies.
14. Liaise with management to implement any company pricing structure changes to all orders inputted into AX.
15. Be pro-active in pursuing additional sales with customers at point of call.
16. Facilitate any agreed sales campaigns that could be initiated through the customer services team.
17. Support and provide PA duties for agreed sales teams e.g., make appointments, type memos etc.
18. Prepare and send information, sampling kits and letters to reps and customers in the post.
19. Attend sales meetings, shows etc. when deemed beneficial or necessary.
20. To undertake any such duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably asked by the Customer Service Team Leader, Head of Transport, Supply Chain Director, or the Managing Director.
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with one 2:30pm finish per week. Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
