CUSTOMER SALES ADVISOR
CONGLETON
£11.50 PER HR
Our client requires an additional pair of hands for their Customer Advisor team.
You will be required to showcase their facilities to new potential customers as well as retaining current memberships. You'll get to know your customer and find out exactly what they are looking for, what they wish to achieve and demonstrate to them how the facilities can help them achieve their goals.
You will need to love meeting new people, so you will enjoy getting to know customers. You will liaise with customers over the phone, via email and face to face.
You will match customer's needs with the facilities onsite as well as advise on any additional products and services available.
