About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Customer Safety Assistant who is committed to providing excellent customer service and is able to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies.

You will work closely with the Customer Safety Co-ordinator and Customer Safety Officer and will provide administrative support to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance of the inspection and servicing programmes. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to monitor compliance work programs and to work within strict deadlines.

About You

The key requirements for this role include:

• Previous administrative experience of working in a similar role with an understanding of the importance of compliance in relation to safety and risk management.
• Ability to communicate effectively at a variety of levels, both within and outside of the Association.
• Effective record keeping, data management and administrative and note taking skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate records of meetings.
• Excellent organisational, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and produce quality work to deadlines.
• Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work at all levels within the business.
• Previous experience working within the housing association sector is desirable but not essential.
