Overview
You will demonstrate British Gas core values at all times whilst providing technical support to customers and engineers.
You will successfully promote and sell HIVE products to new and existing British Gas customers

We're also looking for
- Systems suitable home working environment (we’ll provide the computer equipment, but you will need a suitable desk space with no interruptions or distractions)
- Reliable broadband speed of at least 10Mbps download and a similar upload speed
- Meticulous, with superb listening skills and a keen eye for detail
- Motivated to meet expected levels of performance
- Ability to multi task and navigate through multiple
What will you be doing?
- Supporting colleagues across the wider British Gas business with Hive enquiries
- Provide world class customer service to both new and existing Hive customers
- Provide technical support to customers and engineers
- Continual learning of Hive products as they grow and change
- Complete diagnostics to identify and resolve customer and engineer faults
- Deliver against expected levels of performance
- Identify and support vulnerable customers
- Follow company processes and procedures to ensure the best outcome for our customers
- Use a variety of systems to provide an amazing customer experience through voice calls, email, social and web chat
- View customer complaints as a priority and see through to a resolution rapidly
- Demonstrate British Gas core values at all times
- Successfully promote and sell HIVE products to new and existing British Gas customers
- Achieve targets by delivering quality sales through service and compliance with regulations
What we need from you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Have an obvious passion for customers
- A strong enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge
- Ability to deploy change effectively retaining all information provided
Some Extra Information:
- Training is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for 4 weeks in Uddingston Office.
- Salary is £24,945 plus quarterly bonus (average 7%)
- Shifts are based on a 2 week Rota between the hours of 09:00 and 19:00
- 37 hour contracts
