As a customer representative, you can expect:
- To support new or existing customers with their Insurance enquiries, tailoring the right products and solutions to their needs.
- Strong communication is essential, as you will need to quickly build rapport with customers
- Bubbly and chatty individuals thrive in this position
Successful customer representatives are:
- Positive and hard working
- The ability to bounce back from minor setbacks
- Professional in their telephone manner
- Experienced in a customer related role and have a passion to meet customer needs
