CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Due to expansion within our successful team, we are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to work flexibly between their home and our offices in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Relationship Manager you will be accountable for effective management of the primary day-to-day contact and customer relationship for accounts to ensure customer service standards are delivered and overall customer satisfaction is maintained. Duties include:
- Customer Engagement - lead local business reviews and associated activities including: improvement projects, order book review, critical parts management and forecasting.
- Lead and support direct reports, taking responsibility for recruiting, onboarding and developing the team.
- Support the creation of the functional and commercial strategy including the alignment of objectives.
- Develop, execute and communication strategy plans.
- Build relationships with internal functions to fulfill customer contract delivery.
ABOUT YOU
- Experienced people manager with proven experience of leading and coaching a successful team.
- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management or appropriate alternative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Results orientated with a passion for change.
- Supply Chain experience (desirable).
- Degree qualified in a business field or extensive experience in a supply chain or equivalent business (desirable).
