We are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Customer Relationship Advisors in the Customer Relationship Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our customers with queries through multiple channels.
About the role
Our Customer Relationship Team is committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. We represent Karbon as the first point of contact, dealing with a variety of customer enquiries. We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable, efficient and customer focused, delivering a quality customer experience.
The successful candidates will handle a range of customer enquiries. They will provide valuable support for our customers, expertly triaging issues, identifying the appropriate path for each customer and resolving as much as possible first time around. They will be customer focused, liaising with colleagues to ensure a first class service is provided.
About you
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business in order to form part of an effective team. Experience in customer service, objection handling and problem solving would be beneficial. They will have good communication skills and be able to answer queries through various channels.

- Customer Relationship Advisors – Permanent
- Salary is £ £23,219 per annum (pro rota)
- Location: Officially based at one of our offices across the region (Gosforth, Newburn or Stanley) however, we can offer predominantly homeworking, providing there is a quiet workspace and a sufficient internet connection within your home. You may occasionally be asked to attend the office.
Hours available:
Full time x 2 positions
- Monday - Friday - 08:00-16:00
- Monday - Friday - 10:00-18:00
Part time x 2 positions (25 hours per week)
- Monday - Friday - 08:00-13:00
- Monday - Friday - 13:00-18:00
