Our Customer Relations team speaks directly with new and existing customers to build an honest and informative rapport, presenting new products and services in order to maximize sales. They display excellent verbal communication skills, a personable telephone manner, and use supporting computer systems to record orders. Initiative and quick thinking are vital skills as part of this team in our fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Promotes and sells new and existing product lines through the week to our loyal and existing customers
- Records direct orders from customers by phone and raises invoices for the despatch of orders.
- Develops customer relations by understands individual requirements of customers
- Monitors menu changes, highlights seasonal produce and specials
- Develops personal knowledge of fresh produce and other foodservice products.
- Deals with any customer complaints with a fair and consistent approach.
- Communicates with transport on a daily basis, checking paperwork and liaising between customers, office, and drivers.
- Supports the Field Sales team.
- Actions general office duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00 per year
