The Opportunity:
We are looking for TWO Part Time Customer Support Specialists to join our Contact Center family here at Zeal Credit Union.
If you have the qualifications listed below, this Customer Support Specialist position might be just right for you:
- 6+ months of experience in a retail, banking, or customer service environment
- Pasion for helping others-truly enjoys working with, for and around people!
- Enjoys solving problems & taking initiative to deliver a solution to our member(s)
- High Attention to Detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Essential Functions of the Customer Solutions Specialist:
- Process member transactions, routine account maintenance, and member requests.
- Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services by recognizing member needs and matching service products.
- Maintain knowledge of Zeal Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures
