About this opportunity
We are seeking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor Level 3 based in South Lakeland House, Kendal.
The successful candidate will be part of a multi-skilled Customer Services team whose purpose is to resolve a significant proportion of customer queries at the first point of contact, providing accurate advice and guidance on a wide range of topics.
Interaction with customers will be across multiple channels: face to face, telephone, email and via customer portal and self-service channels.
We are looking for an experienced customer services practitioner who is skilled in:
- Providing accurate advice and guidance to a wide and diverse range of customers either face to face, over the phone or in writing
- Utilising internal systems and software packages to capture accurate and relevant details from the customer to record, manage and resolve requests
- Triaging requests for support and assistance and referring on to relevant teams
- Gathering information and utilising resources to signpost customers to third party support
