Wella is focused on servicing our customers in Retail Hair, and meeting the clients needs.

The Customer Services team are responsible for the day to day operational tasks in order handling to ensure first class customer service.

THE WELLA IDEAL FIT

The Customer Services Representative provides a key interface between the company and our external customers. As a member of our multi skilled team you must be passionate about meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations! The work is fast paced and you will handle a large amount of high value orders on a daily basis. Key day to day responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

  • Responsibility for all aspects of order capture via email and EDI;
  • Building excellent collaborative relationships with both customers and the sales team;
  • Liaising effectively with contacts across the total supply chain;
  • Resolving customer and sales team queries in a timely manner, processing credits, debits and returns as appropriate.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Every day will be different. We ask for someone who can handle business pressure and changing circumstances, without negatively affecting above skills.

The Customer Services Representative must have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated affinity for dealing with customers and the sales team alike. Practical work experience in a Customer Services environment would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate must have a ‘customer first’ service orientated attitude, be able to set priorities and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and flexible.

Solid PC literacy is required and experience with SAP is a plus.

Attention to detail is important to reduce errors and to ensure that the correct process flow is carried out as is the ability to identify process gaps and resolve them.

The successful candidate must be a good collaborator, and work effectively across multiple groups and businesses as well as their own team.
