As a Customer Care Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Customer Care Advisors. You’ll support your team to ensure they have the right tools and skills required to deliver a consistently exceptional service to our customers.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring all members of your team are achieving their KPI’s including quality and compliance targets by promoting best working practices and identifying opportunities to train and develop your team.

Experience Required

You’ll be a great team player with a confident communication style and a passion for motivating others.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Successfully execute the customer care support plan, achieving all objectives
  • Maintain a relentless team focus on achieving improvements in customer satisfaction levels
  • Ensure all activity complies with regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Verastar’s products, systems, business and processes
  • Actively contribute to improving the Customer Care team processes and procedures
  • Promote a people culture focused on continuous quality and process improvement
  • Maintain a full team headcount; being proactive in all recruitment, induction and training
  • Coach and develop all direct reports improving their individual and collective capabilities
  • Ensure all reports and updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create excellent working relationships across the Verastar colleague community
