Job description
Summary:
As the Customer Service Executive. you will onboard customers, ensuring they are ready for the tendering process. In this role you will, arrange COTs, address objections, handle terminations, oversee meter removals and installations, and manage MOP and DCDA-related cases. The ideal candidate will have experience providing customer service, possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in the utility industry, working for a utility supplier, brokerage, or consultancy. - Onboarding customers into internal systems and preparing them for tendering
- Managing various tasks such as arranging COTs, dealing with objections, terminations, meter removals and installations, MOP and DCDA-related cases, and more
- Getting acquainted with the operational platform and adhering to internal processes
- Taking ownership of customer needs and overcoming challenges to ensure positive outcomes
- Thriving in a fast-paced working environment
Skills and experience required:
- A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working for a utility supplier, brokerage, or consultancy
- Solid understanding of account management processes in the utility market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Optional experience with Optima system, HubSpot, and SharePoint is a plus
