TXM Recruit are currently seeking a Customer Liaison Officer in Basildon to join an industry leading firm who manufacture parts and components for the Aerospace industry.

Role: Customer Liaison Officer
Location: Basildon
Job type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000
Shift: Mon - Thurs 8 till 5 Fri 07:30- 12:30

Duties:

To provide a focal point for the customer within the business identified contracts and to optimise the working relationship with the customer, through regular meetings, telephone contact and formal reporting
To maintain Sales order integrity via Paragon/customer order book, updating where required and notifying customer of any delivery date/quantity changes
Interface with other departments, the senior management teams and customers
Interface with Suppliers
Send expedite reports to suppliers and upload to Paragon when returned
Attending customer meetings when required.
Ensuring customer satisfaction
To provide program update reports both internal and external
Interface with other departments, the senior management teams and customers

Experience needed:

Good level of organisational skills
Strong communication and customer and supplier liaison skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
Excellent time management skills, methodical worker with high level attention to details
Accurate data input essential
Confidentiality at all times
