TST / Warley Carriers are looking to recruit an experienced customer service agent to work in our transport office.
Main Duties:
- Handling all incoming customer queries
- Managing the shared mailbox for customer ensuring timely responses
- Maintaining and updating an accurate Customer data base / files and completing data entry
- Ensure that the customs administration process is completed on time and in line with operational processes
- Always adhering to a company’s policies and procedures when assisting customers
- Job quotations for all existing and new customers
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Other Admin / Office duties
Skills required:
- The ability to multitask
- Good IT skills , proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook / Teams). Experience using the Stirling transport system would be advantageous
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail to produce accurate work
- The ability to provide an excellent level of customer service and work in a fast paced environment
Previous transport experience within customer services would be advantageous
