Customer Services Advisor
Trowell Garden Centre has been established since the 1970’s as a family business. We are looking for a permanent Customer Service person to join our small friendly Helpdesk and Customer Support team in August or early September, ready for the Christmas Season. The current team provides excellent customer service to our Garden Centre and Online Customers. Our online presence has been growing steadily, supplying gardening goods, giftware and Christmas products. Previous experience of Customer Service preferred but not essential as training can be given. Basic I.T. /Computer literate skills are essential. You will be required to work to the high standards we have set to exceed our customer expectations.
Job Purpose
To give excellent customer service to the Customers of Trowell Garden Centre by communicating by telephone, email, internet multiple platforms and in any way, a customer contacts the business. To assist the eCommerce Manager in the returns of internet purchases and to assist with the processes of internet purchases and returns.
Customer Services Skills/Experience:
· Good Communication Skills to be able to communicate through various platforms
· Good listening/telephone skills
· Good Literacy/written communication skills
· Basic I.T. skills / Computer literate
· Customer focused and an understanding nature
· Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently

Schedule: 24 hours a week with an average of 3.5 days a week including alternate weekends.
Week 1 Wednesday 9.00-5.00 Thursday and Friday 9.30-4.30
Week 2 Wednesday 9.00-5.00 Thursday 9.30-4.30 Saturday 9.00-5.00 Sunday 10.00-4.30
