Total Staff Services are currently looking to fill Customer Service Assistant roles we have available within one of the UK’s largest accommodation providers. This will be an amazing chance to get involved in the company and become part of a team working with students from all over the country or even the world. Your role will be based in any of the buildings located around Wembley area of Greater London.
Duties will Include:
· Helping students navigate their way around the city as it may be new to them.
· Giving out general city information.
· Logging any maintenance issues and making sure they are dealt with by the correct team.
· Updating online systems and reports.
· Taking telephone calls and enquiries.
· Taking in student deliveries throughout the day.
· Dealing with all aspects of student welfare.
· General desk and reception duties.
· Touch point cleaning e.g. Door handles, buttons, desk etc.
The full time position will be 37.5 hours per week, you could be working morning shifts (7am-3pm or Evening shifts 2pm-10pm) on a rotation basis working 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends. This means we are ideally looking for candidates who are flexible to work whichever shifts are required on site.
