Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!
Location: Banbury
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9 am – 5.30 pm *Onsite 5 days a week
Are you passionate about customer service? Join our client, a leading manufacturer of garden equipment, as a Customer Service Representative in Banbury. Working with their B2B customers, you will work to ensure orders are processed and delivered, queries are handled and any concerns are raised with the appropriate department.
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process customer orders and handle queries promptly.
- Query Handling: Maintain regular contact with customers via email and phone.
- Coordination: Coordinate direct deliveries to our UK customer base.
- Tracking: Monitor direct delivery manufacture progress and report customer issues.
- Returns: Process customer returns documentation and credit claims efficiently.
- Admin Support: Assist with sample requests and support the sales force.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services is beneficial.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience Matters: Previous Customer Service/Data Analysis experience.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional telephone and email manner.
