Your role would be to provide vital support to passengers with assistance requirements arriving and departing from the Airport. What could be more rewarding than that?
All you need to do is SMILE! Full training and guidance will be provided, you just need to be keen to help others!
Choice of shifts are available depending on your requirements;
- 4am - 2.30pm OR 2pm - 00:30am OR 7pm - 5.30am - ALL Rotas are 4 on - 4 off
- Overtime? You've got it. Additional shifts can be picked up dependant on the staff rota!
- What is the job?
- Working at the Stansted Airport (CM24 1QW)
- Helping passengers with assistance requirements to and from the aircraft and around the airport enhancing the passengers’ journey
- Greet passengers always asking what help is required
- Explaining the process to the passenger
- Preparing the passenger for check in and security, assisting with check in and security processes
- Ensure the collection of wheelchairs around the airport terminal and returning them to the required storage
- There will be other parts of the role which would be required, which we would be happy to discuss when we speak with you.

Pay Rates
- £11.50 per hour

Things we need from you:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A polite and professional approach
- A passion for helping others
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- 5 years' worth of references (Our dedicated team will obtain them for you!)
- Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
- Ability to complete a GSAT (Paid for by us!)
