Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our pro shop team as we head into the summer. Our beautiful golf club has views you won't find in many places and our team are all lovely folk who all help out and work together to look after our members and guests.
You don't need much experience in golf clubs but you do you need to love looking after people and going the extra mile to make them feel welcome. We offer ongoing training and development for all our teams and have great ambitions for the future.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a pro shop assistant to work in our dynamic team at Teign Valley .
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting with the daily operation of the shop floor
- Ensuring excellent service to our members and guests
- Managing incoming golf bookings & assisting members with their competitions
- Maximising revenue, advising customers and sharing your knowledge
- Maintaining fantastic merchandising standards throughout the shop
About you
- Experience in golf is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
