CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

You could take very simple calls such as changing a customer’s direct debit details, responding to emails and changes of address or you could be asked more complex queries. You will also be supporting the national network of branches with queries.
You will wear a headset, work on a pc and laptop which may be dual screen and full training will be provided. The training will take up to 4 weeks in total and will be based onsite in Nottingham and after this you will have the opportunity to work from home. The working hours are 37.5 per week that will require you to work 2.5 weekends in 7 but all shifts are given in advance and weekend working can be done from home. The hours of work are between 8am and 7pm. The rate of pay starts at £10.42ph. If you love the work and the culture, there are amazing opportunities for a permanent career with this client!!
