Summary:
The Customer Service and Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to AT&T customers. This includes answering customer questions, resolving customer issues, and providing information about AT&T products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions about AT&T products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Meet or exceed all performance standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet or exceed all performance standards

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
