We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, resolving customer issues, and providing general support to the customer service team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Update customer records in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
About you:
· Customer service skills and experience. (preferred)
· IT literate with the ability to confidently use a computer and move quickly between applications.
· Ability to work under pressure to satisfy demand.
· Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
· Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, including English.
· Active Team Player.
