We are looking for an Customer Service Associate Full-Time Position.

Competitive pay depending on experience and performance.

Your shifts will be 12 hours long. 4 days on, and 4 days off. 10am - 10pm.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in the management of customer interactions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with the Senior Customer Service Associate to address customer concerns and inquiries, provide prompt and accurate information, and strive to exceed their expectations. With your exceptional communication skills and customer-centric approach, you will help us maintain our reputation as a provider of outstanding customer service.

Main duties:

  • Contacting customers to confirm their collection details and advise recommended pickup time
  • Assisting with inbound customer enquiries
  • Preparing for inbound flight arrivals and liaising with Ops should any bookings need amending.
  • Meeting flights and connecting arriving passengers with their drivers
  • Checking bookings on both the system and supplier portals to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicating with other business areas as required to ensure a great customer outcome.
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements whilst adhering to relevant Policies & Standards

You must have previous (reasonable) experience in a customer service environment, with good geographical knowledge of the UK

The candidate must have a pleasant and helpful natural character. The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet is key. Our team are always looking out for each other so being able to collaborate with others is a vital!

Full training and support will be provided.

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
