Graduate/ Junior - Software Customer Support Agent - Hybrid Working

Our software provides customers with a smooth, simple, and straightforward digital experience for scheduling, legal certificates, service reminders, quotes, invoices, estimates and more.

If you love talking to customers and helping them while going deep on API’s, databases, crash reports and much more, then this role is made for you.

You will be immersed in our cutting-edge software, learning the ins and outs of its business logic and design. This role offers a fast-paced learning environment perfect for recent tech graduates, "bedroom" developer, computer science graduate, and computer science hobbyist looking to apply their skills and expand their knowledge.

What you will be doing:
  • Provide outstanding support to our customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Investigate and document issues using our internal support tools
    (API’s logs, app databases, crash reports as well as customer feedback)
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable steps for our technical team
  • Providing online demonstrations and training to new and existing customers
  • Rapidly adapt to new technologies and understand our software
  • Expand your knowledge with one-off and ongoing projects

Job Requirements:
  • Enjoying talking and helping customers / phone skills
  • Keen interest in software technologies
  • Sharp observation and investigation / diagnosis skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Extreme ownership of tasks / completing what you start

Role Info:
  • Software Customer Support Agent- Leading Industry SaaS Tool..
  • Location: 2 minutes walk from Sevenoaks train station. (30 minutes from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Waterloo).
  • Hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.
  • £23,000 - £26,000.
