What you will be doing:
- Provide outstanding support to our customers via phone, chat, and email
- Investigate and document issues using our internal support tools
(API’s logs, app databases, crash reports as well as customer feedback) - Translate customer feedback into actionable steps for our technical team
- Providing online demonstrations and training to new and existing customers
- Rapidly adapt to new technologies and understand our software
- Expand your knowledge with one-off and ongoing projects
Job Requirements:
- Enjoying talking and helping customers / phone skills
- Keen interest in software technologies
- Sharp observation and investigation / diagnosis skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Extreme ownership of tasks / completing what you start

- Hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.
