Who We Are
The Client Services team works closely with various departments to provide project management support for minor building alterations. Additionally, the team supports events/filming on campus by providing technical and logistic support in relation to the campus'-built environment. Work is a balance of independent project management and team collaboration.
About the Role
The Manager, Client Services oversees minor and routine capital projects, client engagement for the Facilities Services department, and various portfolios that support campus operations including major event coordination, campus filming, the President's Residence, campus signage, and accessibility. The role develops and executes annual and 5-year plans to address deferred maintenance requirements and meet the needs of campus clients; develops and manages annual operating and capital project budgets; and supervises the execution and administration of plans, programs, and associated budgets. The Manager participates in the preparation of design standards for campus signage and accessibility and provides leadership to professional, technical personnel.
