We are experiencing rapid growth in client products and services which is why we are current expanding to Chicago. We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative with experience in communication, customer service or hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
