We are looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
- Process payments and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised territory.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
