Ecommerce Customer Service role available immediately at our busy car parts department in Tottenham.
Our online Store has been operating around 3 months and we have over 10,000 parts to online at present.
Working alongside the Ecommerce Manager and Parts Manager, you will be dealing with incoming messages about current online stock, dealing with queries from customers about recent purchases, and general customer service matters. a small amount of telephone work is required answering incoming calls (around 4 a day at present as most correspondence is online)
Role available immediately for the right candidate.
A knowledge of car parts would be very advantageous - customer focus is the prime aim but even general car knowledge would be hugely beneficial.
Applicant must be computer literate as well as focused on customer satisfaction.

Salary: £24,450.00 per year
