Role and Responsibilities
The Client Services Coordinators main responsibility is coordinating certification activities required for our customers to obtain certification against standards offered by FoodChain ID.
- Processing certification applications and proposals
- Completing certification forms and records
- Scheduling certification and auditing activities
- Working within designated timelines and certification procedures
- Upload and keep record of auditor reports
- Ensure reports and complete and timely
- Identify inconsistencies in reports
- Issue certificates upon completion of food safety and other industry related audits
- Maintain confidential client information, proprietary information, and departmental policies
- Understand and apply appropriate procedures
- Establish and maintain credibility regarding certification matters
- Adapt to changing business policies and conditions
- Recognize existing and potential problems
- Troubleshoot for the cause
- Help identify preventative measures for future issues
