As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a leading component to driving customer satisfaction by establishing genuine rapport, providing product information that addresses and solves a customer’s need, and facilitating the order process with ease, efficiency and transparency.
Core Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to provide pertinent information regarding purchase orders, upgrades, contract renewals, and answer questions effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings
- Develop an unparalleled knowledge of all our clients’ products and services to better educate customers, answer questions, and provide effective solutions to unique and individualized problems
- Collaborate with other Customer Service team members to better strategize for the overall success of the team and the client profit margins
- Understand and interpret customer needs with the ability to apply information taught from other Lead Customer Service Representatives to personalize specific product packages
- Support other entry-level sales professionals to help identify additional areas of opportunity for our clientele, to boost the customer pipeline, while maintaining a sincere and compassionate demeanor
- Communicate cross-functionally with upper management and the compliance team to ensure the proper protocols are maintained when working with consumers and our high-valued clients
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, hospitality, retail sales, or related industry experience preferred
- A natural competitor that works well in a team environment driven by goals
- The ability to communicate in an empathetic and professional manner with clients, customers, and other entry-level associates
- Possession of a solution-oriented mindset and is quick to adapt to changes in consumer and business needs
- Maintain a great attitude and infectious positivity in a people-focused industry, especially faced with challenges from our customers and specific targets to meet

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
