An exciting opportunity within the health and fitness industry has arisen for a Polish Speaking

Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator

The successful candidate will provide the highest level of customer service support making sure customers are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Due to a company branch being located in Poland, the ability to speak communicative English and Polish is fundamental.

The Candidate:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of the health industry and dietary supplements. However, we would consider candidates with no supplement knowledge as long as they possess extensive customer service and admin experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promptly answering telephone/emails & responding to customer requests in a timely manner

- Liaise with logistic providers to ensure smooth shipping and transport processes

- Respond to and monitor customer feedback

- Examine & process damages, shortages, returns and credit claims

- Deal with administrative requests and queries from senior managers

- General admin duties

Requirements:

- It is essential to be a polite and well-mannered individual

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner

- Competent enough to work autonomously or in a team

- Multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Structural and planning skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Polish and English)

- Provide a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and deliver excellent customer service

- Computer literate

Experience and Competencies:

- Preferably relevant work experience

- Experience with office software

- Excellent communication skills (Polish and English)
