Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator role include:
- Accepting and processing work orders
- Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
- Scheduling of reactive jobs
- Providing support to operatives
- Producing RAMS
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have:
- A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
- Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
