As a member of our team, you'll be the heart of our customer interactions, offering expert advice and assistance to both our beloved customers and store colleagues. No query is too big or small for you, and you thrive on the challenge of providing the best support, no matter the channel of communication - email, telephone, letter, social media, or online chat!
What you'll be doing:
- Handling a wide variety of customer enquiries, from tracking orders to product inquiries and everything in between.
- Assisting with placing orders and resolving product-related questions, sharing your passion for our fantastic products with our valued customers.
- Multi-tasking, planning, and prioritizing your workload to ensure excellent service across all communication channels.

- Do you have previous retail experience, or can you demonstrate relevant skills?
- Are you a fast learner, with the ability to adapt to new systems and software?

- Have you had experience in a multi-channel Customer Service environment, and are a confident communicator?
- Are you knowledgeable about or genuinely interested in our wide range of products and craft categories?
- Do you have a flexible approach to working hours that will include evening & weekend working.
