Mobility Sales & Customer Service Representative (Full Time)
We are offering an opportunity for an experienced mobility sales & customer service representative to work from our base in Blaby, Leicester.
We require a qualified Mobility Sales & Customer Service Representative to carry out the following duties:
- Promoting & selling products
- Assisting customers with product selection, advising on product features and assessing user requirements
- Demonstrate the use & dismantling of products safely and competently
- Processing customers purchases, returns and exchanges using EPOS technology & cash handling
- Maintaining the appearance of the showroom
- Reloading promotional materials
- Maintaining a clean and tidy shop, storeroom and staff areas at all times
- Assisting with customer enquiries on the telephone
- Assisting with merchandising by unpacking stock items received, labelling of stock and shelf replenishing
- Assisting in areas of security & deliveries
What we are looking for in a Mobility Sales & Customer Service Representative:
· Previous sales/customer service experience within the mobility industry
· Physically capable
· Calm and sympathetic nature
· Good Attention to detail
· Good clear spoken and written English
· IT literate
· Ability to take and follow written and verbal instruction
· Self motivated, able to work alone
· Trustworthy and honest
· Willingness to listen and learn
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm - 30 minutes unpaid for lunch (32.5 hours per week paid).
Starting pay of £10.42-£11 per hour depending on experience.
Applicants must be of a very calm, caring and patient nature suited to dealing with a specialised and vulnerable client base. Onsite training will be ongoing throughout your employment.
