Your role at Shake a shake
Our Customer Assistant will deliver quality service to our customers with premium quality desserts with a smile. You’ll welcome customers, explain menu choices in a clear, concise way serve food from the kitchen and take pride in keeping the food preparation area and display spotlessly clean. Your role will also support and prepare to our foods such as milkshakes, waffles, crepes, smoothies, fresh juices, bubble tea etc.
You’ll take dealing with customer complaints in a calm and polite manner.
