Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more, according to our established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, brewing stations, and dining areas.
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed, ensuring that inventory levels are properly maintained.
- Operate the cash register and other Café equipment.
- Make Cash deposits as per company policy and maintain safe, secure cash handling.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and follow proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive and engaging work environment.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of coffee, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles to deliver an exceptional coffee experience.
- Keep work area neat, clean and organized.
- Promote Matari Coffee concept and make upsell suggestions.
- Report to work promptly, neatly groomed and in uniform.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to candidates with a strong CS skills..
- Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week
Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
