Morrison Water Services are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to work from home. We will provide you with the equipment required. You will need to have a good Wi-Fi connection and a desk with a quiet working space.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week with a rolling 5 week shift pattern. The successful candidate must be available to work shifts between Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and 8am to 1pm every other Saturday.

As a Customer Service Advisor

  • You will handle all inbound and outbound calls.
  • You will ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
  • You will book appointments with the purpose to deliver the metering programme for Thames Water.
  • You will provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department.
  • You will accurately capture data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports.
  • You will ensure service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager.

In order to be considered for this role you need to be available on Wednesday 2nd July 2023 between 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 4pm to attend an assessment day at Worcester House, Unit 6 Langley Quay, Waterside Drive, Langley, SL3 6EY.

Please note, there is a smart dress code for this assessment day.

You must be able to start training on Monday 14th August 2023 if successful. This training will last 2 weeks and will be conducted face to face in our Langley office before the role moves to a remote basis.

Are you experienced in a call centre or customer service environment?

Do you have proven administration and customer service skills?

Are you a team player with strong interpersonal skills?

Additional spoken languages would be advantageous
