Due to expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service Agents to join our PRS Sales team at LOFT. Our Customer Service Agents are the main point of contact for our customers, giving information about products and services, processing orders, and returns, helping with any issues and questions they may have,
Our ideal candidate will have good communication, and problem-solving skills, be experienced in a customer service role and use of CMS.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Process sales orders within 24 hours.
- Telephone customers to book delivery slot.
- Provide dedicated support for installation teams on the road
- Coordinate Vans to optimise deliveries
- Process sales orders within 24 hours
- Keep accurate records of all client contact on CMS.

Salary: £23,000.00-£27,800.00 per year
