Customer Service Advisor (Temporary - Full Time)
Jackson Hogg is excited to be supporting a warranty provider to the motor trade industry. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person who can contribute to the growth of the business.
The Role
- As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will be to both answer incoming calls from customers looking to register a claim on their warranty, then liaise with repairing garages to obtain diagnostics and process claims.
- You will also deal with aftersales calls and warranty renewals - meaning your role will be inbound and outbound oriented.
The Candidate
- We want to hear from you if you have experience of working in a call centre environment.
- Motor Trade experience would be beneficial but is not essential to be considered.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am till 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) and Friday 9am - 5pm (30 min lunch)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 2 weeks

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
