We are looking to welcome co-workers to join our fantastic Customer Relations team at the IKEA Aberdeen Order & Collection Point (OCP). In the IKEA world, we call this position a Customer Relations Co-worker.
Our OCP, in Wellington Circle, has been designed to offer you the same great range and inspiration, with most products available to order and collect. There is also a small range of products available to take home today. Or if it’s more convenient, you can have it all delivered to your door.
Expected Starting Date: 9th February 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
16 hours - working a minimum of 4 hours per shift, varying shift patterns between 09:30-19:00, must have availability for 3 out of 4 weekends
30 hours - working 5 x 6 hours shifts between the hours of 09:30-19:00, working midweeks & 1 out of 2 weekends

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be on checkouts and the next minute, you could be meeting and greeting our customers, managing a queue, hosting trolleys, or assisting customers. This is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outside.

- Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions.
- You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
- Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
