Customer Experience Verifications
HYA Training are recruiting for an individual to join a large mechanical, renewables and electrical contractor working with local and national contracts. The company have helped numerous apprentices gain valuable experience and qualifications over the years since founding. Many of these former apprentices are now strong members of the team with management responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Front of house duties, meet and greet. Being the first point of contact for the company.
- Responding to emails.
- General admin tasks, including spreadsheets and using the company IT systems.
- Taking notes in meetings.
- Dealing with company social media
- Following the customer journey from initial contact to review chasing.
- Other duties when required.
What we are looking for
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Confident speaking to customers and partners
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner (NCFE)
- Weekly off the job training
- 1-1 sessions in the workplace for learning
- External training
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Many apprentices have moved into full-time roles, some of which now have considerable responsibility within the organisation. There may be potential for a full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship. It may also lead to the right candidate undertaking a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
