Customer Service Assistant at GR!D Manchester!

We are looking for a person who is prepared to handle front of house customer care on site at our client events with a vibrant and personable nature!
We're seeking an individual with excellent spoken and written English, and someone who has experience in either working in a customer facing setting or working with others as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be able to listen attentively to all customer queries and resolve issues, as well as handle presentations in relation to new products and services on site at events, exhibitions, trade shows and expo centres.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up events for our clients to assist in the brand awareness campaigns.
- Gather information from customers.
- Follow up with customers to address their needs.
- Distribute incoming offerings from our client to appropriate customers or co-workers.
- Present confidently the benefits of products and services to customers.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all events are a success.
- Adhere to client guidelines.
- Represent our clients in a professional manner at all times.
